About the Role
YOU are an exceptional Salesforce Lead Developer and have an excellent knowledge in information architecture, human computer interaction and usability design principles with a proven track record of delivering successful software development projects. You have a passion for new consumer technology and the ability to use analytical data and user testing to make informed design decisions. You are adept multi-tasking, work productively in a remote environment while exhibiting excellent communications skills with the rest of the team.

• Design and communicate solutions effectively across multiple teams.
Requirements
Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, are desirable.
Strong knowledge of CRM concepts, business processes, and best practices.
Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
Strong knowledge / experience in working with Salesforce Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud.
Strong knowledge in version control and CI/CD implementations (using CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps etc) and closely monitoring the deployments.
Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
Ability to lead and guide development teams, providing technical direction, code reviews, and mentoring.
Provide expert advice and guidance on Salesforce development methodologies, design patterns, and coding standards.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.
Knowledge of security and compliance considerations in Salesforce implementations
